✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

General

- By accepting a commission from me, you automatically accept these terms,
- Payment through PayPal, either upfront or after initial sketch (exeption: with commissions priced 150$ and higher I can offer 2 separate payments, each 50% of the price)
- Commissioner must provide a clear visual reference (excluding custom character designs or artistic freedom commissions),
- I will show the commissioner a sketch, and at this stage all major alterations must be made,
- I will not make any major alterations after I finish (without an additional fee),
- Estimated time for finishing a commission is between 2-5 weeks, waiting time may vary depending on the complexity of a commission,
- The commissioner may ask about the progress of the work in the form of w.i.p., but not more than 3 times,
- I will not offer refunds after I finish the product for any reason (exception being my lateness/inability to finish, etc).

Usage

- I reserve rights to the artwork, the commissioner cannot claim the work is made by them!
- I have the right to refuse, deny, or otherwise turn down any commission request (most likely if it's something I'm not familiar with or uncomfortable with),
- Commissioner may repost images on other sites in a non-profit way, providing proper credit,
- The commissioner cannot edit, alter, or otherwise change my artwork without my permission (cropping for an icon is acceptable).
